By placing an order with S84 by Denise you are automatically agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

ALLERGY INFORMATION:

All cake and chocolate products include milk, flour, eggs, extract, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, sugar, margarine. Some may include coconut oil, nuts, almonds, cashews, and/or peanuts. If you are allergic to ANY of the following you MUST let S84 by Denise know ahead of placing your order so that we may discuss other options and/or ingredients. Failure to do so could result in sickness and/or allergic reactions. Denise Velez nor S84 by Denise is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions, nor ER visits, surgeries, and/or Doctor bills/statements.

CANDLE PRODUCTS

You must send an email and images WITHIN 12 HOURS to: S84byDenise@gmail.com, if you receive a damage product upon delivery. This includes only broken or cracked glass (Not the box itself). Waiting past 12 hours regarding any damage, will result in no remake and/or refund of that/those specific product(s) that were damaged. Please note: When weather is extremely humid, you are taking a risk at the top of your candle slightly melting. Agreeing with the terms and conditions, you are aware of this information and no discounts nor refunds are to be given. S84 by Denise packages candle and all products to the best of their ability to ensure no cracks, breaks, leaks, happen.

CAKES & DESSERTS:

Upon drop off, pickup, or delivery, once items are in your vehicle or a vehicle chosen to transport items orders; whether it is customer or another driving, it is out of S84 by Denise control as to how the product(s) arrives to it's destination and no refunds will be given. Once items are delivered, S84 by Denise is not responsible for damages. (S84 by Denise gives all customers directions on how to properly store/place products ordered to ensure stability, color, texture, etc.)

ORDER CANCELLATION & NO ANSWER UPON DELIVERY:

Any orders canceled within 2 days of original delivery/drop off date or shipping-deposits are and become NON-REFUNDABLE. In addition, no answer during delivery will result in a $10 added fee and a next day delivery.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:

We do NOT sell nor add alcoholic bottles/beverages to any gifts nor gift boxes. We are not license to do so. If you'd like to add a bottle, the customer must purchase themselves. Please let S84 by Denise know if you will purchase so that they may leave the proper space for it in your gift box ordered.

LARGE ORDERS:

For large local/in person orders over $200 (does not include online orders), an agreement must be sign and a deposit of 25% is due the exact day you receive your invoice. 2nd payment is due 2 weeks afterward your first deposit, and 3rd and final payment is due 2 weeks before your event. If a 1st deposit is not received within time, your order will be cancelled. Please contact S84 by Denise if you are having financial issues and may need to change payment dates.

VIA MAIL ISSUES:

When placing an order for shipping via mail, S84 by Denise is unable to rush delivery unless there is a request and payment for faster shipping. We are NOT responsible for late delivery nor fees based upon delivery services and/or weather that could occur.

UPON ANY DELIVERY SERVICE, PLEASE STORE BOX/BOXES IN A COOL DRY PLACE. DO NOT PLAY WITH PRODUCTS. WARM/HOT HANDS AND NON-DRY LOCATIONS WILL CAUSE CHOCOLATE/CANDY PRODUCTS TO MELT, LOSE COLORING,AND MAY DAMAGE PRODUCTS.
